At Bridal Veil Falls the kids played in the stream and started goofing off, acting like they were meditating. Funny guys!!
On the trail to see Yosemite Falls.
Braden found a water snake.
We found this cool hide-out under the rocks, it literally felt 15 degrees cooler than on the trail. So we stopped and ate our lunches here.
The falls themselves were a bit underwhelming both at Bridal Veil and Yosemite Falls. Our visit was "late in the year" for these falls so the volume was substantially lower than in the early spring/summer.
Day 3 in Yosemite was spent lounging in the cabin enjoying nature, and then cleaning up and getting ready to go. There was a little journal in the cabin where previous tenants recorded their adventures. Here is our entry too. What a great family vacation, I hope we come back!!
