Really here
For some reason the reality started sinking in when we changed the license plates. Funny how signing a zillion pages on a large mortgage and moving all of our stuff into a new house didn't really do it. It was putting a California license plate on my car the morning of my first day at work that the reality started to really hit!

You were apparently much smarter than we were about that...we didn't change our plates until we'd been here for 9 months. Talk about dumb! It is interesting how the change of plates kind of makes things seem more real though.
